Is Wladimir Klitschko the only boxer in history that can realistically beat Usyk

Wlad is the most overrated HW in history

I don't favour him head to head against almost any high quality champion past or future. Usyk sons him and did so in sparring and Wlad was wise enough to not let a young Fury spar him because he knows what would have happened.

His struggles against another overrated total bodybuilding bum in AJ sums it up.

When you say it's unrealistic for a fighter like Vitali Klitschko or Lennox Lewis to beat Usyk, you sound like a maniac.

You can favour Usyk, that's fair (I don't think he would start as an IRL favourite versus either figuring some sort of best-for-best), but to label it in this way is just mongtastic.

Lennox is the only one I'd have as a clear favorite.
No one else is above 50/50 or 51/49 leaning towards Usyk IMHO.

I don’t get when people say this. Vitali had a much harder time dealing with technical boxers. He also didn’t have a great straight right hand or a hook at all which are the effective punches for an orthodox boxer against a southpaw.

I don't think so. Vitaly destroyed the boxers who knocked out Wlad. Vitaly is better.

Purrity and the 03/04 version of Sanders weren’t technical boxers. They were sluggers. If you actually watched any of those fights you’d know Wlad actually looked better against Purrity before he gassed out late in the fight. Vitali looked pretty pedestrian against Purrity before winning on a cut stoppage. The closest facsimile to Usyk on both their CVs is Chris Byrd. Vitali struggled to landed more than 15% of his power punches against the slick southpaw (even before he tore his left rotator cuff) whereas Wlad ran through him easily.

That cut on Puritty's face didn't happen while picking apples from a tree, did it? Vitaly used Puritty as a punching bag all night long.

Usyk easily dances around Wlad and knocks him out. Vitaly is definitely smarter and better boxer than Wlad. And he's more accurate. He would KO Usyk.

Anyone can be beat on any given night. There’s probably a bunch of HW’s in history that would give Usyk absolute nightmares but we’ll never know. Remember Usyk eked out a decision vs a very sloppy Chisora and arguably did get dropped by a Dubois who lost to Joyce. Not saying Usyk isn’t great but a lighting fast hook from a prime Mike Tyson (yeah I know overrated amirite) could easily floor him. Lennox would be a nightmare with his power and skill. Holmes would be a nightmare with his jab. I don’t see why a Joe Frazier couldn’t do what Chisora did but better, or a Holyfield. Any version of George Foreman would be Hell for Usyk.

Even the version that got outboxed by Jimmy Young? Or a version who went life and death with Lyle? Or a version that got outboxed by Axel Schulz? Or a version who struggled with Alex Stewart? Maybe a version who was outpointed by Tommy Morrison? Lol.

Let's not forget Tyson, Ibeabuchi, Bowe, Holyfield, Vitali, Ali, Lennox...there is no reason to make him a heavy favorite over all those guys.
