I’ve just watched Saturdays ‘fight’ and something is seriously amiss because if they really want him to get more experience as they say that match was a complete waste of time. The other guy was half his size and he was boxing this type of opposition 2 years ago. Maybe it is his chin, but whatever it is I’m not bothered about watching his current fights live which is why I’m watching it half a week later. It’s getting boring.

 

Something is definitely amiss here given that there's plenty of rumours going around as well that Yarde's team has also declined any sort of high-level sparring too.

His defence doesn’t look promising, but I will say this

Yarde is a fraud. His team won't even pit him against the best of the British. Warren will continue to build him up, pad his record, earn some ££ from him and then eventually cash out when he remotely steps up to some sort of decent opposition.
