Is young CHRIS a shot fighter at this point?

Has Hearns juniors brain dehydration clause and drug test coverup hush money bribes wrecked the youngster beyond repair?

Hearns junior is an utter disgrace, using those fake stage tears he got from his mates production company that time he pretended to cry on camera about that poor boxer who tragically lost his life.

then he contractually tries to maim Eubanks juniors brain function beyond repair before putting him in with his fighter who he knew had failed AT LEAST two drug tests which Hearns had also tried to cover up for good measure the absolute snake until thank god a whistleblower exposed the whole filthy saga

even then Hearns had the absolute GALL to say “he still wanted to fight though, it’s not my fault” yeah he’s a prizefighter and he’s trained his life away for a payday that you’ve made him jump through hoops and risk permanent brain damage to do so.

Is young Chris Eubank junior a shot fighter?

A confused fighter. Not AJ confused levels but he doesn’t know what style he is anymore. Needs to sack Roy Jones off.

Interesting take. He seems to genuinely respect Jones Junior.

won an alphabet world title. For what that means in modern boxing.

lost as a green novice in his first ever twelve rounder by controversial SD to Billy Joe Saunders

lost another SD (I think) when he was outweighed by 35+ lbs by George groves on the night: still kept on coming all night and ripped groves arm clean out of his socket for good measure. Didn’t Groves admit Eubank was the toughest kid he’d been in with?

He smashed up the ferocious Avni yildirim like he stole something.

beat up Abraham and degale with ease and a host of other fringe world level guys.

Was weight drained to within an inch of his life by a sadistic promoter, who knows how much of a role that played in his next fight?

    I’d say he’s had a hell of a career.

Mate the IBO is not an alphabet title. Saying that is not helping the cause. It’s bad enough with the 4 recognised alphabet belts.

You are clearly either a huge Jnr fan (or related to him) because AA was old has hell and shot to pieces when he boxed him as was James Degale who also shouldn’t have been boxing that night due to his injuries.

Alot of his style is based on reflexes & athleticism. Abit like Prince Naz. But that can only get you so far. He gets exposed when fighting a proper skilled boxer, e.g. Groves or Smith.

He was very good vs Blackwell and Spike. They were British title level at very least and never got a look-in. Uppercuts a plenty. At that point you felt he was a seriously good prospect who could win European honours with his speed and output and progress to world level if he snugged up his defence and gained fluidity between defence and attack (without moving backwards).

That was many many years ago though.

He’s not a Roy Jones vs Toney/Hopkins/Ruiz boxer who stays out of the way, holds and throws a couple at a time etc; that was like completely re-training him from scratch in his 30s and may be too late to revert back to type: non-rhythmic pressure fighting with powerful bursts, seeming strong as a bull. It’s gone and he’s a mess.

33 years old, 35 fights, pro for 11+ years, just had his chin shattered for the first time.

    No longer "young".

Also, IBO is a minor "world" title, and the Saunders loss wasn't controversial.

    OP is a cringe poster.

He also has this thing where he falls out with anyone who trains him. Booth, Roy, Dad, Ronnie, the Vasquez guy, Virgil Hunter…all of them. Tell you what he should’ve done: stuck with Mike McCallum in Vegas and not come to the UK for 5 or 6 years.

Shot to **** versions yeah. Abraham would've beat the crap out of him in his prime, i'd favour prime DeGale over him too.

What is the IBO if it isn’t an alphabet world title? It was good enough for Klitschko and Pacquiao.
