Impressive from Chamberlain, but I rewatched it, and it was a 9 count... he was up in time.
To be fair, he was out of his league, but this is another one of this referee assisted KO's.

Well he did clear that hurdle, by two rounds anyway.

IC acknowledges that Prašović caught him with some left hooks that stung and encouraged him to end it quickly.

Think he might've just told on himself and let all future opponents know he doesn't really fancy getting hit with hooks. Mark this, could be a future bottle job.

Chamberlain says Jack Massey for the IBO title is next if Mick Hennessy can get it made, and then he wants Michał Cieślak!

Stay in your lane, young man. Jack Massey, okay, fair enough, but...

Chamberlain gives a slightly awkward speech addressed to Britain's youth saying to stay away from drugs and crime (he says "street stuff") and says to keep on track and chase your goals because he started without a pot to pisss in. Tbf he was promoted by the interviewer to "give a bit of inspiration", so not entirely his fault.

They really did. Through not only the fight itself (all of a few minutes it went) and then all the postamble for good measure.

The devil on trumpet just kept alternating between that "O-le, O-le, O-leeee, O-le" song and "Darling Clementine". Over and over and over and over, with some mong spastically banging the congas somewhat in time with him.

Just rewatched the whole fight, because why not, it's short.

Chamberlain actually did get rocked by a left hook in the opening moments, had missed it live, knees buckles and he was forced to hold, after Prašović had blocked an overconfident lead jumping-in left hook from Chamberlain.

The holding was really both ways, the ref clearly annoyed with them after barely a minute of action.

Neither was very accurate with their jabs tbh.

Chamberlain was threading in body punches all throughout, even in the clinches, setting table for that KO. They made the difference for him, and without them it might've been a long and difficult night for IC.

Bunce called it a Hopkins vs. DLH punch, and yeah, pretty similar in terms of placement and how square-on it landed with a wet smack.

Don't believe Prašović shat himself, though. :sisi1

Billam-Smith is painfully average, if Chamberlain can replicate the body punching demolition he seemingly did tonight, i'd pick him vs Billam-Smith.

All three, as well as Riakporhe and Okolie himself - the whole UK domestic crop at CW, really - are IMO rather decidedly a few notches below Cieślak. Any of them beating any of the rest on a given night wouldn't be a monumental upset, and none is a world operator in the vein of a Cieślak, Dorticós, and Briedis.

Chamberlain doesn’t beat Okolie, Rhiakphore, Billam Smith, McCarthy or Massey right now.

A better domestic fight would be Miakel Lawal, who is with Boxxer and Sky.

Riakporhe isn't really going to do it at world level from what I've seen so I don't mind this matchup at all.

Don’t rate Richard Riak at all, especially out of all the guys managed by Dillian.

I personally dont see him amounting to anything. As for IC ...I am a fan. He has the right tool set but Intentional Butt raises some good questions about his vulnerabilities.

IC needs to be moved along now and continue the progression. Frame is filled out nicely, his muscle mass looks more solid than in the past.

Get him Massey, Billam or Riakporhe. He isn’t ready for another shot at Okolie just yet.
