I hope you are wrong, but you could be right; boxers receive enough punishment to the brain in the ring, having a TBI outside the ring is like adding a cherry to the ****sandwich. IMO boxers who have received a TBI (whether in the ring or not) shouldn't be medically cleared, it is like letting an epileptic drive an F1 car.

 

Professional boxers no more often have those "symptoms" than the population base from which they hail. We all know a bunch of guys with such "symptoms", but in fact they are dumb and permanently high.

In Spence´s case I will say with confidence that he does in fact have CTE, or something like it.

He clearly slurs his words and has slurred them for years now. He sounds completely different from 2016, and I doubt it has had anything to do with weed.
