What a load of bollox. Any of the top SMW would just walk Floyd down. They would be way to big.

If Floyd couldn't KO Marquez what makes you think he can KO Martinez? :verysad I don't doubt Floyd can beat Martinez on points but a KO? Come on bra!

Oh and don't forget that at 160lbs you also have Pirog and GGG whom people on this forum see them as the next coming of SRR for some reason. Oh and Chavez Jr who will outweigh Mayweather by 25lbs on fight night. Assuming ofcourse he fights at 160lbs which I don't believe will ever happen.

    Nope.

And Mayweather has never fought anyone who has the combination of slickness, akwardness, speed and energy, and intelligence (more importantly the ability to adjust and adapt) that Martinez has

    Ok.....I can believe that

I'm not suggesting that at all, I'm saying how can you make a fight with a fighter if that would require you to resign with a promotor who you just bought your contract from to leave because he was stealing from you?

In addition to that Bob offered him less money (think it was $7 Million vs the $9 Million he got for Baldomir) to fight Margo who had no titles......and was refusing to EVER attempt to make Floyd vs Oscar because it "apparently" wouldn't sell........it doesn't make any BUSINESS sense.

I would like to see him fight Martinez too and think he should :good

But I just don't believe in looking back with rose tinted glasses and blaming Mayweather for EVERY fight that didn't come off.

Sexy Sergio, Money May, Pacman. Not even trying to compare to the greatness of the Fab 4, but these 3 have to fight each other and anyone can win. Duran and Leonard never complained "Oh, he's too big for me to fight." Sergio willing to take 20% and acouple dumbasses still don't think he deserve it! Pac or Floyd want true greatness they gotta get by Sergio. I honestly think Floyd has the skills to beat both, but doesn't have the balls Duran and Sugar Ray had so until he don't beat Sergio its Sergio who's the top fighter 154-160. Floyd is #1 welter Pacman just lost to Marquez who should take Mannys place in p4p rankings

I don't think he'd go through all of Martinez, Pirog, Chavez Jr, Golovkin, Lara, Pavlik, Williams. Some of them would walk through his shot at 160, but I could see him pick a title at some point. Pretty much what a guy like Leonard did at the higher weight.
