    what's the story behind his attempt suicide?
    He seemed so strong in his faith (contender days) and shocked to hear of ordeal. Glad he won and is happy.

    Basically he got a fight then ESPN wouldn't authorise him on their network, so the fight fell through and he couldn't provide for him family. Then I believe his promotor decided not to bother with him either.

    So he got down and started to get down probably other stuff too
