Isn't Guerrero pointing out that Floyd has declined, self-deprecation?

He's never given a reason, outside of 'this is his time'

Time for what? From my perspective, an ass whipping.

Mayweather claimed during the Delahoya build up that Oscar wasn't the same fighter and that he faded to fast. Does that mean that with a faded fighter Mayweather could only manage a split decison?

Floyd wouldn't fight Pacquaio either way. If Pac was a supposed KO waiting to happen Mayweather should have grown some balls and done something.

First and foremost, it shouldn't have been a split decision. Floyd won clearly.

Still doesn't change the fact that in the build up to the fight Mayweather was admitting that Oscar wasn't the same fighter anymore. Floyd changed his tune years later though. I remember him sitting their trying to convince himself and the world that Cotto was actually undefeated and trying to build it like he would be the first person to actually beat him, lol.

It was just trash talking, the judges do what they will and he won the fight. Father Time Ultimately defeats all fighters ''B-Hop Excluded". Saying you've gotten old its time to move over is nothing new. They've been saying that since forever, but that doesn't mean the old dog doesn't have fight in him. We all know technically Guerrero doesn't beat Mayweather on any level, his ony chance is to ruff him up and hope his legs are gone to where he has to stand toe to toe.

It wasn't just trash talk. Everyone knew Oscar wasn't nearly as good as he used to be. Just, IMO, a stupid thing to point out in a buildup to a fight like Mayweather did then on fight night you fight to a split decision.
