I thought so...and so did many other which is why MOST....the MAJORITY side with PAC over Floyd b/c the timing and the way the whole DEMANDS for olympic style testing came about was more than suspect. ON part of the Mayweather camp.

There were NO reports or concern about Manny being on anything prior to Floyd and his team spreading those baseless rumors, but it did accomplish Floyd not having to fight Manny which gave him time to gain some leverage in the 2nd round of negotiations based on his PPV#s with Shane.

Manny never lost to JMM. He actually got jobbed in the 1st fight with a bogus draw based on a mistake or technicality with one judges scorecard. The rematch Manny won clearly in a close fight.

Manny dominated MAB in the 1st and rematch. There were NO reports or suspicion about Manny prior to Camp Mayweathers accusations that came out of left field. When he knew that PAC would be his next opponent or that the demand that he faces the current P4P king was apparent after the Cotto win.

And manny's head has ALWAYS been MASSIVE!

Yeah Mayweather definitely derailed the fight from happening by making such accusations. I mean how is Pac supposed to respond to such a baseless accusation, especially when the scheduled date was only three months away and contract needed to be hammered out? However we can put our guessing aside because Pac agreed to the test, the ball is totally in Floyd's court now if he wants to fight him or not.

People don't suspect him based purely on what Mayweather Sr and Jr said, the seed of doubt was put in people's minds when Pacquiao refused to undertake stronger olympic style testing.

You're right too when you say Pacquiao doesn't have to take the tests or let Mayweather dictate to him however by standing his ground and refusing the cloud of suspicion will linger over his head for some people.

The interesting thing will be if he signs to fight Mayweather, passes all of the tests and fights like **** before getting his arse handed to him.

Now will that be because he couldn't use anything to enhance his performance or because he was weakened by the blood tests?:huh

Earth to *******s and widdowhore. Most people such as myself were against Mayweather Sr's accusations and he just looked salty like he usually looks anyway. However, what happened afterwards was the idea of random steroids testing included in the original fight contract and being one of the few Mayweather stipulations(we all know Pac had his own weight penalty outside of the athletic commissions, boxing orgs who handle those issues). So Roach said, sure no prob with the testing. "Floyd is scared of Manny's power" which is laughable but anyway. One week later the same idiot Roach said Floyd does not make the rules and adding extra's stipulations is only a Manny thing as it was in his past fights making new weight classes etc etc. So then your boys boy Ariza comes out on defense saying Manny dont know what he takes and I give him everything he takes and its his special blend of things. Then it comes out that he takes supplements which is what each and every other PED user refers to their PEDs prior to being caught. *watch other sports ****nuts. Then scared of needles, taken blood weakens him, and my favorite not fair b/c mayweather is bigger and taking blood will effect him less. So basically the steroid test was attempted to compromise and your favorite fish left with a 24 day blood test cut off on the table and thats it. Floyd conceded to 14 days..

The main points are in sports, ALL of the most dominant record breaking athletes have been outed as steroid users in the past decade... None were caught by the status quo and all denied and threatened to sue upon allegations. So if somebody is refusing a test among all things that makes your ****** ass look guilty being that tests dont even catch cheats. Being tested the day after the fight does not make much sense as if a fighter was to juice he can easily beat that test. What I just said is fact and not opinion. Nobody praises the guy that takes the easy route or the low road like Pac. Floyds testing demand was not perfect but better and more for sure a deterent b/c you see the lil steroid freak and his camp refused the fight. So it deterred old fish guts out of a fight. If you dont see it like this than **** you and you are woman or a shemale.

Agreeing to the test doesn't make it a NON ISSUE. If Manny or even Floyd for that Matter had it a point to take illegal drugs it would happen regardless of the testing measures in place.

EVEN the USADA's or WADAs testing measures. For those with the resources available to them they can easily beat the "GOLD STANDARD" of drug testing.

The problem is why would anyone give in or accept someone else requests after spreading lies and rumors without any foundation or evidence to support their claims and then have the nerve to turn around and DEMAND that "they" have to take the test in order for them to fight?:huh Bottom line the rumors were meant to discredit and tarnish anther mans credibility and career accomplishments based on nothing.

Even if Manny took all the tests in the world, came back clean and managed to beat Floyd...Best believe Floyd and his team would come up with excuses on why Manny won. Saying that Manny somehow beat the tests with some special Philipine drugs that are undectable by any present testing procedures. I think they call it the "A side of meff".:yep

Ones that increase stamina. His punch output went up and this was explained to the fact he was not draining to make a weight that he was fighting at for 10 plus years. :rofl I can watch old Pac fights and see him gasping for air and fighting in his spurts rather than going full steam for 12 rounds since the Diaz fight. Marquez would NEVER of beaten him if he kept that pace up in his early days in which he also moved up in weight :rofl. Thats my evidence I am looking at the physical performance. And I dot want to hear none of that "he didnt have to drain BS" so, if that is the case does Paul Williams throw less punches at 147 than he does at 160 where he has to cut less weight. Does he look like a fresher fighter?

All of this is null and viod now that Pac has agreed to the test. Floyd will now be getting everything he said he wanted, if the fight falls through it's totally on Floyd.

Because it's only been an issue because of his refusal to take the tests Mayweather wanted, if he had agreed like Roach said he did originally then it wouldn't of been an issue.

What rumours did Mayweather Jr spread about Pacquiao before he refused the tests btw?

I'm not sure why you're claiming that Mayweather would still accuse Pacquiao of cheating if he had passed the tests and beat him, I don't think he would of accused Mosley after if he had beat him as not only would he come in for public ridicule but any credibility he had would be shot to bits.
