    against an opponent in the ring: Jabbing , slow, methodical, holding on. Slow, Jab, methodical, right hand, lean on opponent.....



    is the same way you'd expect a 500 pound guy to end up after 36 or less minutes on the heavy bag?

    Years of steroid abuse negatively effect the cardiovascular system. Of course, short term steroids can boost performance, but at 40 wlad will be feeling this.
