Isn't it time that Pacman actually fights for a belt?

If ever JMM requests for a bigger purse..that would equal avoiding Pacquiao. No one cares about JMM, no one knows him.. while Pacquaio everyone knows..give you an example PAC is more popular than MAB ever was...

When there was buzz that he was going to fight in Vancouver...my brother in laws friends who are mostly white was ready to go. They could care less who he is fighting

 

If you know boxing you would know that fighting tough competition over and over would eventually get to him and break him down, it's not the smartest move, everyone needs 1 or 2 easy fights so it's only rational to ask for them whether it upsets people or not, the ones upset need to learn more about boxing.

Pacquiao vs Marquez II WILL happen if Pacquiao wins his next fight, Pacquiao will most like take an easy fight(which he should) then the fight should be finalized. If Marquez refuses because he wants more money then he's the one that doesn't want a part of Pacquiao, he's smart enough to know that fighting someone like Pacquiao more than once is damaging to ones career so he's taking the easy way out by refusing it. However, Pacquiao WILL and CAN force this fight to happen by becoming Marquez' mandatory and getting him stripped off if he refuses. You never know man, I remember people saying Barrera/Pacquiao II is IMPOSSIBLE and will never happen and as you can see, it's on and only a few days away. Boxing is always unpredictable, that's what makes it amazing, there's always that little hope whether IN the ring or out of it.

The third Morales fight was "Easy" to you because the fight is over with right now and the result is clear. A fight against Morales is HARDLY an easy fight and if Morales seemed damaged then it's thanks to Pacquiao and believe it or not this is coming from a BIG TIME Morales fan. Pacquiao's hard work before the fight, abilities and training made this fight as easy as it seemed to you or Diaz would've done the same, don't you think?
Solis is a solid fighter, hardly tune-up material but when it's Pacquiao we're talking about then yes it will look like a tune-up thanks to Pacquiao's abilities. Newbies watch a fight, see it's one-sided and instantly say "Oh, his opponent must have been a bum or washed up", they fail to give credit to the man WHO MADE IT look easy simply because they're newbies and with that kind of attitude it'll only make people laugh at them instead of discussing with them seriously.

Its almost like a disease permeating this boards. When MAB took JMM to the limit in a close fight. JMM was great.

A couple of months later when or if PAC KOs MAB in 1. MAb was done, JMM kills PAC. Its quite unbelievable but funny

 

Hey dude, let me make it clear, I don't have anything against Pacman for taking this fight which was long overdue.

What I'm saying is . . . after this, if he is victorious . . . he should seriously consider fighting somebody with a belt or title. JMM, Guzman or Valerio.

If he doesn't want to carry the burden of paying sanctioning fees then drop the belt as soon as he wins it. :yep

 

Unless he looses to MAB, thats probably what he will be doing soon. Probably use a titlist as a tuneup for JMM although MAB should be the tuneup. The trilogy with Morales was inevietable as he lost the first match. The rematch with MAB is for money, to prove it wasnt lucky night/off night for MAB and to give MAB a chance aswell as good last payday.

 

People here should remember that this is MAB's last big fight. GBP wants to give him his retirement pay. That's how this fight came into being. Of course Pacman will not object. MAB is a big money fight.

After this fight, then let's hope that Pacman goes for those tough guys, assuming that MAB is not a tough guy himself. But I don't agree though for those who are saying that Pacman is only fighting washed up fighters. Solis is as young as you can get and undefeated at that. But after Pac beat him, Solis is suddenly a bum.
