Anybody have any experience of this? I honestly don't know too much about it and the Google searched I performed didn't give me as much insight into it as I had hoped. So I'll tell you what I've been told and hopefully the wise people of the training forum will be able to tell me if people have been shitting me. It's the quickest way to gain greater flexibility. It will greatly help me out with my bodyweight training. You can learn how to do splits in months. I got told this from a dancer and from a gymnast. Two forms of competition I have no experience in. Any help would be greatly appreciated guys.
