Chair shots are making their way back into the mix, slowly but surely. Chad Gable does Benoit's diving headbutt. As are many high risk moves, and the matches themselves are so high impact and punishing, CTE is a certainty.:deal:

The compubox figures were even for most of the fight but Bud started pulling away towards the end.

Yeah, I realize that 116-112 seems fairly definitive for Bud, but there just wasn't a whole lot in about a half dozen of those rounds. Bud's body work generally caught my eye a little more in the majority of those particular rounds and then the championship round surge allowed Bud to seal the deal on my card.

I hear you good sir. And agree.

Im just impressed that at age 36 he could beat a 29 year old high level operator like Madrimov.

Madrimov to me, looks the denser built of the two. More solid, and heavier and bigger boned.

For it to be real close you have to give Madrimov the first two and that isn’t possible

They turned Gable into a jobber. Shameful while you have scrubs like Solo Sikoa and Logan Paul getting over.

STFU Akin of course you had Crawford winning. I bet that clown has scored every fight against the fighter from the forner Soviet Union when facing the home boy. Clown didn't even have Usyk on his P4P top 10 a few years ago and acted incredulous when other suggested he was.

Get rid of these insanely biased commentators and pundits working these fights they're nothing but shameless propagandists and cheerleaders and they obviously don't believe foreigners deserves a fair shake

I think Crawford should move back down though. I think he loses too much of his effectiveness against the bigger guys that can take his punches better. I dont think most welterweights could take what Mad did in that 12th round.

Doesn't seem like before. And too much bouncing around and acrobatics. These guys aren't real pro wrestlers. They're gymnasts. They don't know how to create a good match with proper build up to high spots and climaxes.

Real boxing guys knew this wasn't going to be an easy fight for Crawford, I feel now in a way this was a test out for a Canelo type of toughness in Israil.. this was an experiment.. and I feel we got the results , that Crawford should not go higher than this weight , 154 is his limit .. I say fight Boots at 150lbs or if Boots wants to fight at 154 for Crawford new belt ..

That "beat the champ" logic went out the door decades ago. I honestly haven't heard anyone use that in a while. Too many belts and champs to apply that logic. It was a close fight, Bud got the nod.
