It baffles me why British fans dont support Amir Khan and the hate in general

    I like him too.

He was so damn accurate against Paulie M. Paulie would do his little torso contortion and Khan was finding his head where ever he twisted.

are you ****ing serious? Froch says endless amounts of **** to people outside the ring. he's one of the biggest shittalkers in the game, easy

I like him in that style way more than the pacquiao imitation he's been trying lately; much more effective

You can't really force people to like someone and quite a few people don't like Khan. I happened to think hes a LAD.

What is he is a LAD ? Los Angeles Detective ? Why because he trains at Wild Card ?

 I don't really know how to put it to be honest. Surburban dictionary however would state it as thus:

A lad is a male who specialises in creating and distributing exquisite banter. Though most lads are youngish (late teens and early twenties) age is not a defining characteristic and you will find both young lads and old lads. Some special skills of lads include, but are not limited to the following:

    - Binning Pints
    - Exposing genitalia and getting naked in public places
    - Throwing up after copious alcohol consumption
    - Spousal Abuse
    - Getting kicked out of pubs/nightclubs for being overly offensive

Excelling in all areas will earn a lad the title of "top lad". There is no higher praise that can be bequeathed upon an individual.

I believe Race/Religion plays a big part in it and even those within Khans circle realise this.
I saw Khans old coach, some old white dude hint towards this. He goes 'Khan loves the english people, unfortuantely a lot of english dont like him'.

Many english find it hard to adopt a muslim, ****stani as their own.

Prince Naseem had charisma and great personality, something Khan doesnt. The elephant in the room though is that Prince Naseem was big and enjoyed success before 9/11 occurred. A lot of the mistrust and demonizing of the muslim community has resulted after 9/11

I remember khan fighting graham earl. I was in my local pub and there were two guys at the bar talking about the fight "i hope the english guy takes it" I said "yeah I want khan to win also" they looked at me like I was a dick.

My grandma is from ireland so i'm technically only 2nd generation english. The school I taught at this year defined by locals as "an asian school" even though the majority of pupils are 4th generation english so hate more of a valid claim than I do but due to skin tone and religion they're not seen as "proper english" really annoys me this kind of ignorance.

If Khan had the pigment of a Ricky Hatton and an "inoffensive" name British fans would be all over him. Fact.
