Whatever gets us by , i hope you fellers on here who have been through the life grinder are all doing well these days, I remember in my mid teens I had quiet a few family & friend's die on me and o started finding all sorts of trouble to get myself into before my old man reigned me in and put me right . There's a very thin line between OK and Not ok .

 

Think I slept standing up/leaning in an ATM enclosure for a couple hours, until some wino came in and made clear it was his toilet. Made my way to my buddy's the following day.

 

Ha I fell asleep on a bench in town one morning post club only to find myself being awakend by some old tramp going through my pocket , i had about 40 quid on me and gave him 20 and flagged a cab home lol

I thought you were trans. Just a comment I remember a year or two back between you and Frank. I wasn't sure if you were joking or being honest.

 

Since people are reminiscing about their 2013's. I think that is the year I graduated from my master's and got that job working for a labor union. It was the fight for 15 campaign. I was mostly interviewing fast food workers for a potential class action lawsuit because many were working extra hours and not getting paid on time. Working for that labor union and living in LA was definitely one of the worst experiences in my life. I was living in South LA, traveling to Oakland constantly, sleeping on a family members couch on the regular, but in random crappy hotels when traveling, using a luggage as my closet, crappy car that kept over-heating. I worked over 12 hour days on a crappy salary. not getting paid on time, my boss was a micro manager and co-workers were jerks. Worst job in my life and I worked in fast food. Everything has been on the rise since.
