It is clear why Golovkin avoided Andre Ward

Ward will struggle badly with Kovalev a guy ggg iced in sparring with ease.

 

We will see how easily he handles Kovalev because Ggg had his way with him. Then you will know what GGG would do to Ward. My guess ward struggles with Kovalev.
