It is funny how the hating is being set up like a straight right behind a good jab...

Your paranoid, nearly all true fans will give floyd credit if he fights and wins, your just seeing shadows, there will always be a small few who take every view, most people just ignore them

Your opinion is ignorant of how knowledgeable "most" fans of boxing are. Styles make fights, but elite multi-dimensional fighters can and should be able to handle any style put before them.

I have always said that the FMJ/SSM fight was a waste of time because if Cotto could outbox and potshot his way to a win then SSM has no chance against FMJ. Still the threads abound about how Mayweather is "ducking".

By your silly analysis champions should only fight people who match up well. :huh

Nope...Pac has turned into a complete fighter. He is the toughest fight for Floyd at this time. Most observers can see that. This version of Pac is not only a very effective aggressor, but he is also now a very effective boxer-puncher. He was able to outbox Cotto, Hatton, and DLH.

Pac is a tough fight for anyone 154 and under.

With that said, PBF is probably the best defensive fighter i have ever seen in my lifetime. The fight with pac would have been tremendous.

It's a shame PBF doesn't have the brass to properly display his talents.

Bull****. None of them do with the exception of Cotto. Learn how to analyze styles before saying such ridiculous things.

PBF is a stylistic nightmare for Margo. Margo needs to have his feet set in order to get off and be effective, has no jab, he's wide open, slow and looping. PBF could hit him at will and get out of range before he could get off. He can't cut off the ring and only knows one way to fight. PBF holds pretty much all the advantages in this fight.

Pac he can't deal with counter-punchers or movement. He can't cut off a ring to save his life, head hunts too much and neglects the body, doesn't have a jab, has short arms, comes in off balanced with his head down wide open. Can't fight backing up, can't fight on the inside and knows only one way to fight. PBF pretty much holds all the advantges in this fight.

Thank you. PBF is an example of boxing's worst nightmare... a pure boxer that has power. Of all of the styles and hybrids of styles this style matches up well with ANY other style. Not even mentioning his in fight adjustments.

Most of these clowns don't know crap about boxing so they hop on these other guy's sacks. Problem is that (just like Pac) the closer to the fight actually happening the more they see reality. They know what is waiting for them... a schooling! ...and if they press it a KO. Then comes the excuses!

FMJ will beat ANY of the top WWs. If he can't beat one I would be almost 80% sure it was an injury or seriously off day. The BEST fight out there would be Tim Bradley or maybe Paul Williams, but you can't tell these dudes nothing.

That's not what I said...I think a champion should hold a title and have to face mandatory challengers...not jump around from weightclass to weightclass as an excuse to avoid mandatory opponents who aren't favorable match-ups.

You're right...elite level fighters should be able to overcome any adversity in the ring...so why not make the fights happen? Floyd could have easily put any doubt behind him had he chosen to make the fights the public and the media have called for.

He would have been favored in every fight and probably could have won each fight. So it makes no sense at all why he chooses his fights so meticulously, other than he is simply avoiding certain fighters or style match-ups.

You have no idea of what you are talking about. Pac is a joke. He doesn't even keep his hands up to avoid a jab!

Then you go on to list a bunch of crap wins.

Cotto - No trainer, shot and down REPEATEDLY in previous fights
Hatton - Horrible camp (dumb English buddy/co-trainer) and no skills. A wind up lead left hook with your rear hand down? Really?
DLH - Bad camp and completely weight drained. Same fight weight as weigh in and you are most comfortable at 154?

Pac is a tough fight on the juice. He is blah off of it. PBF met all of his requests 50/50 down the middle. Pac didn't want this fight because unlike you he knows what awaits him... an ass kicking! :deal
