It is funny how the hating is being set up like a straight right behind a good jab...

You see Link, you shouldn't associate with fools like this guy. He goes on to state how "Mayweather ducked... Cotto-Mosley-Margo". You saw the links I gave you on Mosley. Also Cotto and Margo BOTH work for Arum further illustrating my point. Blade is a clown.

See that is the thing. Fights get made or not made for reasons. I actually understand why Mosley did not take the fight with Mayweather. If Mosley understands boxing's politics, which I am 110% positive he does, he knows why the Margarito fight was IMPOSSIBLE for Mayweather to make after he bought out his Top Rank contract. So why put an insurmountable obstacle in front of the fight you WANT to happen? It makes no sense.

On the flip side of that you see Mosley calling Mayweather out constantly knowing damned well he is NOT the person ANYONE wants to see fight Mayweather. The public spoke constantly DLH, Hatton... now Manny. Still he sits on the side like child creating acrimony when an insurmountable obstacle is in front of the fight he "WANTS" to happen? It makes no sense.

Now? All obstacles are out of the way. The fight MUST be made. If it isn't both FMJ and SSM will have some serious explaining to do.

As you can see, Baldy, i associate with everyone on the forum. i don't discriminate and have much respect for everyones' opinions on this forum...much respect to you and everyone I converse with!!:good

With that said, I have my favorites as a boxing fan, but try to debate without bias, and for the life of me, i can't understand why anyone would choose to defend Floyd Mayweather and his career path. i used to enjoy watching Floyd fight when he used to fight anyone in front of him.

Now, it seems that all of his choices are calculated without regard for the good of the sport or serious fans of boxing.

Simply the way i see it.:good

What are you saying? The are or they aren't? He "almost" lost to Castillo and IMMEDIATELY rematched him and made it clear who won. His career path changed? So now you are saying that Sosa, N'dou, Corley, and Bruseles where chumps too? You can't make up your mind!

Weights are irrelevant when both men were both the same weights fool. Who cares if Pac started boxing at 106. Mayweather at the same age was also boxing at 106 as an amatuer. Mayweather went pro at 130. Who cares. What matters is the competition.

You, like 95% of Pac fans, know little to nothing about boxing. Not even saying I am some guru, but Pac fans are pathetic.

See...i try to be cool and this is what happens.

You assume too much. it's no wonder why blade has formed his opinion of you and your posts. You assume that I am a Pac nuthugger. You accuse me of knowing very little about boxing yet most of my predictions actually come true. Your posts leave very little doubt about you as a person.

    I'm done with you.:hi:

I love this type of talk. You say this and never look at who he has beaten or fought competitively with. You know he went the distance and never went down with Vernon Forrest when Mosley couldn't right? You know he also beat Clottey right? So what does that make Pac now?

Baldomir was a game guy who EARNED his belt. He was the lineal champion.

Be cool man. I told you that the crap talking was all in fun.

I am going off of what you say. I assume nothing. You keep contradicting yourself.

Blade is a clown and every other sentence out of his mouth is ***** related. Draw whatever conclusions you like from that.

Funny how some of the same "bums" put or almost put Cotto on his ass, but Pac is "great" for beating Cotto. :yep

Best I got? I don't even know what the hell you are arguing. That idiot Link was in here talking about how Mayweather's most notable fights where Hatton and De La Hoya. That is crap. His "best", really competitive, fights were 140 and below. Above 147 they are the fights people want to pay to see, but they are not the fights that I personally think are the most dangerous/competitive.

Cotto was suspect after the Marg-a-cheat-o dismantling. All fighters reach "that point". Cotto is shot. Doesn't mean the man wasn't great at one time.

A guy claiming to be doing it "for the fans", "not for the money", and "clean" goes from fighting the fight we all want to see to fighting an in camp fighter with close to ZERO following.

What fans wanted to see this? If it isn't for the money why not do a 50/50 split with Clottey? If you are clean why are you fighting an "in camp", Top Rank, fighter as your next opponent? If the rumors of him fighting Marg are true then the deal is sealed!

What does it say? Manny is a fraud.
