Woo hoo! this one flew in under the radar - really didn't expect it! What a fight - seriously close one to call - Gonna go with Joe - but only just!

 

Joe taking on Pavlik is the best possible thing that could happen. I will be immensely pleased if this fight comes off. After this fight, in the event that Joe wins decisively, Joe has cemented his legacy. In the event that Pavlik wins, we have a new star on the horizon.

did anyone actaully read the article??? It stated that Jones is asking for alot of money, not that he priced himself out of the fight. It also said that if Kelly beat this guys the would then set down a talk about a fight between Joe and Kelly. It didnt say that it was official or even almost official, In fact the article was ended by saying that Joe would take the best deal..Meaning the fight that will make him the most money, and that isnt going to be Pavlik I promise that.:good

Whichever fight Calzaghe wants more is the one that we'll get. The Jones fight will make him more money especially in the UK and that's the fight I think we'll get. I really want to see Pavlik vs Calzaghe though because it'll settle a lot of things and I hope that they are serious in making it happen.
