It looks like Ward wants to comeback to fight Bivol.

Ward's a stylistic nightmare for anyone with refs that allow him to foul and judges that are in his pocket.

With headbutts and low blows, or with dishonest judges?

Exactly. Let’s see Ward fight Gvozdyk in the Ukraine with all Ukrainian judges and ref. I know it’s foolish to think Ward would agree to the same disadvantages Kovalev did... but it’s fun to think about what would happen to him.

Ward said that neutral judges would be unfair to him. Why did he say that? Well, he cheats, he would have to have Tony Weeks to allow him to land testicle blows, headbutt, hold, wrestle, elbow, etc., SOB is a cheat, he will have no other way. SOB said he would easily beat Joshua, well, where did that fight go?

I'd rather see him fight Beterbiev or Gvozdyk. Beterbiev has been waiting patiently in line for a long time with nobody wanting to play with him.

Years ago I mentioned Beterbiev as by far the worst possible style matchup for someone like Ward, and I think Ward knows that too.
Gvozdyk would also be a great fight I think, but Bivol is just too "neat" to overcome Ward's tactics when he's allowed to by the referee.

Roc overspent like crazy trying to build their boxing brand and lost money on everyone not named Cotto (thanks to the Canelo fight), but I don't think even they are foolish enough to pay the millions it'd take for Andre to make a come back.

No, not even close, Gvozdyk is not even close to sow, his combinations are blistering, his footwork is immaculate, he's jab is beautiful and his control of range is superior to Kovalev. The only time Gvozdyk struggles is when he gets too aggressive and gets tagged, like with Karpency. He hasn't had to fight anyone at close range to date, because no one can get on the inside with him, because he's by nature a counter puncher, he stopped every who's tried towalk him down or get on the inside quickly, a la Mohammedi and Yunieski, Ward would have a hell of a hard time dealing with that jab and getting close without eating several one twos to accomplish his goal, and Gvozdyk can do that, he counters while moving well off the back foot sometimes in combination. The only time Gvozdyk has struggled to look good is against safety first guys like Chilemba and Karpency, so he took his time, pitty patted his way on the inside and stopped them inside the distance, by varying up the speed on his shots. He beats Ward off the backfoot, an coming forward.

I really doubt this happens as the money doesn't exist right now, Bivol probably needs to beat Kovalev first before it could be a possibility.

I'd rather see Beterbiev or Gvozdyk vs Ward but this would still be a good fight. I'd pick Kovalev to KO Bivol right now and would also pick Ward by UD right now.

I thought he was hella fun to watch when he kicked Kovalev's arse.
