not obvious at all, haye is going into this fight after pondering retirement, thats not the mentality to have going in against vitali who wants to 'punish' haye.
vitali can take hayes best shots IMO plus haye has to throw them upwards, maybe not as high as required for wlad but that is a factor that shouldnt be overlooked

 

Haye has declined to renew his boxing license. Unless that's a negotiation tactic, fight ain't happening, and it's because Haye knows getting his face mangled by Vitali would end his dream of a movie career.

 

I think its funny. Haye brings no belt, no recent wins over anyone in heavyweight and he will want 50% or more. All talk, no work. If he really wanted it he would knock out a ranked contender and show them he is a force that is not taken lightly. But he has no heart.

 

Haye lost that fight because he gassed out, not because of an unexpected punch. He was dominating the fight, but call it inexeperience at the time he was putting everything into every shot and it eventually caught up with him.

That loss made him a better fighter in my opinion, but still not a fighter good enough to beat Vitali.

Someone said in another thread that you only need to apply for the BBBofC licence (British Boxing Board of Control) if you are fighting in the UK....

Dont know how true that is though.

 

Your intitled to your opinion. i think Vitali will win but can see him having problems with Hayes movement.

i would like to see this more this any other heavyweight fight. Wlad was definetly respectful of Hayes right hand

 

he needs tht license to fight in England and i doubt the fight would happen in England anyway.

He could reapply for it and i'd imagine a fighter in Hayes health and youth wouldn't have any problem getting it back if he wants.
