He wasnt shutout or dominated, and did land a few big shots on Wlad.

Haye was the best challenge Wlad have had in years, and the first one to hurt him since Brewster I.

Haye has no chance to beat Vitali, if he takes the fight he will look a total clown in the ring again.

Haye simply does not have the will to go in and do what needs to be done to beat a Klit.

few big shots on him..it just goes to show that you either dont watch wlads fights or ur just ignorant..haye did not hurt wlad..he ruffled his feathers in the 12th round thats it...and peter landed in the 2nd fight.chambers landed.chagaev landed.one pretty good one after the bell which wlad just walked away from..please for the love of god stop talking shite..haye landed just as much as others do..he done what the rest of them did once he felt abit of power and that was RUN...it was a shutout and had haye not went into survival mode to go the 12 rounds he would have got badly hurt..the reason he did it was because he wasnt good enough to fight wlad any other way..so there for it was a boxing lesson...i cant understand why yous cannot wrap your ****ing heads round that

Haye could'nt even brutally KO Audrey Harrison in 3 rounds - his fear of his own fragile chin made him extra cautious for the first 8 minutes - same with Valuev and against Wlad - he dare not engage them offensively - so how the **** is he gonna blast out a proven animal like Vitali when he was too shy of being ko'd to jump on his younger and more fragile brother ?

    His island ?

Many UK boxing fans despise Haye - he was a laughing stock over here with the media after the loss to Wlad , maybe casual fans will buy into the hype again - people who think Ricky Hatton is still champ types, but to a lot of us over here he's a bad joke and has been since the audley harrison debacle.

Time and time again it is clearly shown that everybody has the master-plan to beat a Klitschko until they meet them face to face in the ring, and only then do they realise what they are actually up against, they then become over-whelmed and suddenly start showing them the respect that they command, whether you like them or not is a totally different matter, they both deserve the utmost respect.

By the very difiniton it cant be a shutout unless you win every round. Wlad didnt do that.

I think it was an interesting fight, which was closer than some make it out to be (And iam not the only one on this board thinking that, as you may have seeing already)

With that being said, Wlad did win it clear in the end. Iam not taking anything away from him, he is a great boxer, and I being a fan of him for years.

And Haye did hurt Wlad. Stating anything else is ignorance.

I have actually watched every single Wlad fight, but some are long time ago i admit, so maybe someone slipped in a good punch in of them(Thats still less than Haye) and overall I think Haye have done better better than any other losing to Wlad, except Peter 1.

haye didnt do better..he done exactly what the rest done.he tasted some power and didnt want to try and win anymore thats a fact.like i said it aint hard to slip a jabber on the outside esp when uve had a 5 month training camp working on that exact tactic..haye landed a few power shots and like i said so did a few others so again i dont see that being anything different from the rest..he didnt give wlad the test he was suppose to he didntt even come close...haye did not hurt wlad.he ruffled his feathers just like wlad ruffled hayes shortly after when haye walked onto a short right a retreated to the corner swingin wildly which he does when hurt..tony thompson gave wlad more trouble than haye by the way

Haye did hurt Wlad. At least two times. One time ine one of the earlier rounds and then in the 12.

Rating a perfomance is always a bit subjective. I think Haye did better than anyone in five years. you dont. Fine. Lets agree to disagree.

And it took the best and most concentrated of Wlad too get the win.

I might sound as a complete nuthugger, but I think Wlad is the only HW in the world, and one of few in boxing history, that could hold Haye down. While Haye show some mental weaknesses I think his talent is underestimated.
