    :good:good:good:good
Dana White just said that UFC will come back at Montreal before the end of 08:good:good:good
Patrick Cote wont be fighting in that event because of his fight vs Silva in october, so It just cant be otherwise, GSP will be in that event, vs BJ Penn
    Bet on it!!!
    what a great news
I'm gonna be there live at Bell Center watching GSP giving Penn another losses:D

This will be the best BJ Penn we've ever seen. Honestly I think GSP should be favored in the rematch but He is gonna have his hands full here. I would not be surprised one bit if Penn beats him

I see five rounds of GSP taking him down and beating on him and Penn getting gassed and it being clear by the 4th who's going to win.

yes that exactly my wiew on it, the 3 first round are gonna be even or nearly like in the first fight where GSP had it. but the 4 and the 5 will be totally GSP, if he can avoid the sub

You know i thought that. Why isn't there a UFC event in Hawaii?

It would be easy to sell if BJ Penn was on it.

If Penn comes in much better shape then he did the first fight I don't see this happening. Those takedowns weren't coming easy for GSP until Penn got gassed and he certainly wasn't beating on him, GSP did NO damage in Penns guard......and he certainly isn't passing the best guard in MMA.

I still don't get why Penn doesn't just stay at 155 for awhile and clean house. I give him kudos for wanting to challenge himself and beat the best guys out there. But he tends not to do that well when he constantly jumps weight classes, especially when he's allowed to put on 15 more pounds. I'm hoping he comes out in shape, but he's got a bad track record for gassing at 170. He's been a monster recently at 155, and I'd love to see him stay there and dominate. Then we could see GSP vs. guys like Thiago Alves.

Any participant in a violent, physically demanding sport realizes (even if it's only subconciously) that time is of the essence, if you will. Penn knows that he's been doing this a long time and has flucuated in weights for a long time. There's no telling how long his famous athletic abilities will exist as they currently do.

Fighting and beating GSP now, would do well toward making his next 5 or 6 fights much more profitable than they would be without that fight. It's not just getting GSP now that matters, but maximizing his potential now, when he's still at the top of his game.

He could wait a few years, but where he might be then isn't as sure a thing as where he is right now is.

very true, he wants GSP when they are both holding belts and at the top of their games....I don't think too many fights at 155 even interest him anymore even though their is alot of very good fighters he could face.

Montreal sold out a 21,000 seat arena in minutes would be my guess why Dana would like to go back there. MMA still has alot of growing to do in Canada......nothing against Hawaii of course.

BJ wasnt mentally focused back when he fought GSP the 1st time he had said he was going to beat GSP then Hughes agian the move up in weight beat Rich Franklin for the title and retire. BJ barley even focused on training back then.
