    Ok...

    GGG 70-75% > Clenelo 25-30%

Gennady is the people’s champion and Clenelo will NEVER reach anywhere near 20 title defenses. DEAL WITH IT

BTW... Billy Joe Saunders out boxes them both. BOOK IT

The only people actually claiming "robbery!" are people on this forum and Teddy Atlas...

...that's all you gotta know about that.

There is video of the fight that will exist forever for the future to see. No need to try to paint a picture to change future opinions, which is all it feels like happens on this forum in times like these. Razor close fights, two of them, between two top notch fighters. Ginger got the one win.

Exactly. Emotionally invested weirdos on a forum. Nobody with a respectable head on their shoulders calls fights that are obviously razor thin 115-113 type of fights one way or the other a "robbery." Maybe you disagree with the result, but to call a "robbery" is a term in boxing that dates back to both fighters' camps in the Schmeling/Sharkey rivalry. It is used for Chisora/Helenius level scoring. Not fights that are clearly 115-113 or closer.

Really not a fan of this move by Abel, it's doing a disservice to his fighter. Don't have to claim "robbery" just say, hey, I think we did enough to get the decision, didn't get it, life goes on. Why? Well, he's now legitimizing a win that could (or maybe even should) have gone to his fighter and by doing so it may have an impact in how he's perceived and even economically there's less inclination for Canelo to give him a third fight if it is accepted he's definitely victorious. As a trainer, these kind of comments hold quite some weight.

He needs to protect his fighters, not do things like this which could potentially cause damage.

Sports by their very nature require "emotional" investment from the fans, that's how it works. Tell me, what are some good methods from gauging public opinion other than on Internet forums where most boxing fans come to gather discuss the sport? I guess, there's YT, Twitter. If you think there's more levelheadedness there, I'm sorry you'll be left quite disappointed.

Outside the Internet where's there's no "weirdos", the only way I guess is to just go out on the streets and start asking people "Hey who won, Canelo or GGG?" I'm sure you'll be greeted with a lot of "Huh's?".

As for the robbery thing, you know, different people hold different weight for that word. I think a close fight can be a robbery, but I understand, for some boxing fans, especially older ones, that word is sacrilegious given how many awful far worse robberies there are and these kind of decisions pale in comparison.

    Solid response, respect.

I will say that I can tell based on certain actual long time respectable posters on here and also in general the extent of their tone or claims. I think we all can if we were to be honest with ourselves. So there's that... Hey, I'm on the forums too and I'll say the weirdo claim stands, haha.

You have a very strange and what I would say is an unethical mentality. The truth should be the truth regardless of how somebody has acted before. You need to check yourself.
