It was a URINE SAMPLE that tested positive, NOT a blood sample. .

The NSAC does have out of competition testing and it was only very recently that they were able to figure out a way to get the money to fund it. As far as I'm aware, no other state athletic commission has any type of random drug testing policy... At best they have one or maybe two scheduled tests (if even that).

Son could have passed the tests by using this method:

It's correct. From NSAC: "An unarmed combatant shall submit to a urinalysis or chemical test if the Commission or a representative of the Commission directs him or her to do so."

The wording gives enough wiggle room to do what they want. That is all that is stated about it, however.

Most athletic comissions who have rules about testing have similar wordings that doesn't specify when testing should be done. In New York for example it should be done "before" a contest but it doesn't say anything more than that. So it's not really about the rules, they are often in place, it's about practices.

I have no issue with blood testing. . . I do have an issue with people accusing a boxer of being on PEDS with no proof, though. .

I just like making fun of Floyd. . . And I was just pointing out that it was a urine test that caught Peterson, not a blood test. . .

Uhh, what are you talking about? The normal protocol for NSAC is to have the ability to subject a fighter to a RANDOM urine test whenever they fuqq they want.

What the **** is a momo and I don't have a problem with a 50/50 split or a 60/40 split. That is those guys business and they will make a decision based off of business. You mad?

as I said you have an agenda. This has nothing to do with pac or floyd and yet YOU are the one trying to make it be.

I haven't seen a single one of the *****s who actually has a problem with 50/50. Most agree thats the only fair split. Some understand floyds position, but the vast majority think 50/50 is fair. Again though wtf does any of this have to do with peterson testing positive.
