1995 I remember was an extremely strong year. I will post it later tonight or tomorrow. In general, I think the standard was pretty high around that time. There have been weak years, there have been (imo) weak number 1s (Tito one year), there have been weak inclusions (Buster Douglas, Juan Diaz, Zab Judah), but things seem to go in cycles, each decade seems to have a really strong year ('81, '95, '03).
1995 1.Roy Jones Jr 2.Pernell Whitaker 3.Oscar De La Hoya 4.Felix Trinidad 5.Marco Antonio Barrera 6.Riddick Bowe 7.Ricardo Lopez 8.Julio Cesar Chavez 9.Ike Quartey 10.Naseem Hamed Strong line-up eh? Not quite as strong as '03 or '81, but still another vintage year IMO.
