Golovkin can move up to SMW but he'd be a small SMW, sorta like Abraham and we saw what happened with Abraham.

 

But Golovkin is of course better than Abraham so he could still be a much better SMW than him. But he'd be at a disadvantage for sure with guys like 6'3 Ramirez in the division.
