Exactly. Bhop and Roy are natural light heavyweights. They only had to stop cutting weight to reach the limit.

 

Those two and Tyson are mutants. You rarely see those kinds of body types. You can't take their example and then apply it to everyone else. It just doesn't work. They are outliers, exceptions to the rule.
