It was noted that Stevens also landed something like 40% against Golovkin

I know one thing i was surprised how many clean hard shots Stevens was able to land, i think GGG was little sloppy on defense because he was pissed of at Stevens so he wanted to punish him.

I think Andy Lee summed it up perfectly post fight.GGG was the only one throwing for long periods of the fight and lost sight of his defence,and was wide open to Stevens when he did throw back.Also noted,if you are quick enough to counter him he is wide open when throwing some of his shots but has a granite chin by the looks.Took some good shots and didn't mark up at all.

why do people make so much deal about golovkin getting hit? when you are as offensive as he is you are obviously not gonna look like mayweather. golovkin actually is very responsible defensively and is aware of counters coming not like khan who has no ****in clue a punch is coming.

id take a golovkin fight over a mayweather fight anyday of the week.

Every time I read "Slowlovkin" in your posts, I get flashbacks of Wlad & Hayden who were shown on HBO last night... he stared her down at some point, looked like he was running a slowlovin sequence on her in his mind. It's like a horse taking its time with a small dog.

 

GG beat a guy that he was supposed to beat, and he looked good doing it. Stevens was no match for GG. We can talk about how GG got hit, but he walked through Stevens bottom line.
