Haye without a belt is noone in HW, so the fight with Klits will not happen

Haye must beat Ruiz(I am sure he can) to face Wlad/Vitali in his next fight

Exactly. It doesn't matter who wins. Don King will make sure the Klits will get no chance to lay their hand on the WBA belt. I find it highly unlikely that we will see a unification bout in the next 24 months.

What boxing needs is a unified HW Champ, and we won't get that if Haye wins. He is going to play stall ball as long as possible so he can pretend he is the HW Champ and line up bull**** fights with everyone EXCEPT a Klit.

Ruiz is likely to go for the immediate payday to fight a Klit, then retire.

 

I think the Ruiz game plan is to survive the first three rounds, and then wear Haye out. If Haye really is overweight and out of shape for this match, it's a huge mistake. Ruiz fought a supremely conditioned Holyfield three times. In all those fights, Holyfield failed to get rid of him. Ruiz survives early and then drowns you in the deep water known as the later rounds. Haye should play it smart and stick and move. Forget the ko, just stick and move for 12.
