They aren't afr-am elite,they are just technical boxers who possess extra athleticism and slickness,which are somewhat 'the' afr-am stlye or some characteristics since ali and even before him in fact.

Pacq is greater than them,that's why roach poo-poos those fights.Styles make fights and to lose to those guys based off of style alone would be horrible,but let's not act as if those styles wouldn't be hell.Zab out boxed flouyd for a few rounds and would do the same to manny but much much worse.Honestly Zab was unbelievably fast for a few rounds versus floyd,not to mention he looked big.Pacq has trouble with boxers,let alone a super speedy boxer.Zab and berto are by no means greater than pacq but boy would those styles trouble him.He deserves to lose versus better recognized star quality,I get that much,but roach always openly and maybe too openly talks about how someone's style is all wrong for manny.

Agree about your comment on roach, disagree that those 2 will beat Pac (cotto/clottey beat zab convincingly, berto got a gift decision against lazcano, whom hatton the b fighter that he is beat convincingly). Back to roach and arum, those two are probably very disappointed they missed the golden opportunity (booking clottey too soon) of milking the win on Mosley, after they saw the mosley result. In other words, Roach is wrong that Mosley will beat Pac - he knows that much by now.
