He provides a new answer to that question with seemingly every defense. The only one who will be more useless will probably be the nobody who inevitably upsets him.
Too true. The worst part is that he can milk that belt against the caliber of fighter he engages even as he approaches 40. No, the worst part is they'll probably feed him to a young guy of the same character once Zsolt is too far past his expiration date.
Typical Universum managed fighter. Great skills but too technical, boring style, coming from outside of Germany, so no huge media attention, dangerous high risk/low reward for fighters from the US for example. Typical case of neither Universum nor the division rivals would want to put down some serious cash involving him in a big fight. Kotelnik, Dzinziruk, Erdei, they are all highly skilled European style textbook fighters and they'd all love to have real challenges (well, Kotelnik had his shot), but they are being used to get ripped off in easy title defenses and maybe thrown into the deep water when their time comes, and it's really up to Universum when it comes to match-making, so the fighters can do nothing about it. Look at Felix Sturm, a HUGE name in the fairly big German market, and he stated he's never going to fight for Universum again, so u can imagine what kind of treatment these fighters get. While Sturm can find another promoter easily and maybe be his own promoter with the backing of German TV channels and sponsors, the Eastern Europeans simply can't "threaten" Universum to put up something big or else... beacause there's nothing else out there, they wouldn't stand a chance on their own feet and I don't see anyone signing them.
Well, what about Main Events? They've shown a willingness to entertain foreign fighters, and Showtime isn't afraid to broadcast them. I agree that the promotional situation obviously is a major stumbling block, but at some point the fighters themselves have to bear some of the criticism.
