I'm really happy that Cammarelle and Russo didn't win gold. (Joshua and Usyk ftw:yep) Two old men who stay amateur and make a career of beating up younger less experienced fighters and basically blocking their progress. These two ****s should have turned pro a while ago. There should be some age cap for olympic boxing. Remeber Felix Savon? Great fighter- however he also fed off younger less experienced guys instead of challenging himself and defecting in order to turn pro. A 32 year old fighting guys 10 years younger (who boxed 10 or so years less) is a disgrace:-( Amateur boxing should just be a stage in a fighter's life- not a lifelong career Teymur Mammadov and Medzhidov should have been in the finals:twisted: And that **** Russo is a complete waste of space. Beating a 19 year old and a 22 year old on his way to the final:roll: and showing some really disgraceful boxing. :fire and wtf; all these great amateurs signed with AIBA instead of turning pro:gsg:gsg:gsg

I understand that. But times have changed- now you see all these EE/Cuban guys turning pro and dominating the game, whereas two italian ****s live off a comfy government salary and settle for beating up young up and comers.
There is. 35. Russo is in the WSB which seems to be counted as pro by fightfax. Best of both worlds? Not really.
