Some insane takes on this fight. Itauma was 7-1 up with one 10-8 round and gassed out from inexperience and trying to knock out Hrgovic with every single shot. It happened to Wlad against Purrity, and it happened when Haye fought Karl Thompson; both went on to have great careers.

Moses is also 21 with a dog**** trainer and was fighting a highly experienced Olympic medalist with an iron chin and a HOF trainer. Are we going to pretend he wasn't putting on a clinic just because he paced himself badly? That uppercut at the end of round 5 would've knocked out every other heavyweight in the world apart from Wardley.

As long as he learns from this and gets a couple of good wins under his belt over 10 or 12 rounds, he beats Hrgovic comfortably if they fight again in a year or so. Hrgovic didn't even land anything that meaningful in the 9th; Itauma just collapsed into the corner. It's also pretty crazy to watch people celebrate the loss of a 21-year-old explosive southpaw who completely went out on his shield. I question whether people even like the sport or they just enjoy being contrarian, so when they pick the underdog to win 20 times and get it right once, they can pretend they're a boxing oracle.

He is 21. He did well in the fight. Go back to the drawing board and fix the issue.

Ruiz is supposed to be making a comeback, that would be an interesting fight. An eliminator between Moses and fat Baby Miller is also any option. Winner gets title shot with Kabayel who is unproven or Dubois who would be a dangerous fight for Moses.

Would it be so horrendous for Enriko Moses to take off his men's trousers which are still too big for him, put his shorts back on & go win the British & European tikles? It would surely be better than all that Inter-Continental wubbish...
