We've officially come to the post Klitschko era. They dominated out on their own for over a decade. Domination though gets boring. Now the HW division is alive and feels exciting again. Lots of young talent making their names Both Furys Wilder Joshua Parker Jennings Established guys like Povetkin have a couple more years. Haye coming back. Some exciting guys who'll turn pro after these olympics Usyk may come to HW Its a whole new world
Fury Wilder Povetkin Haye Joshua Some excellent fights there, just hope Fury can beat Wlad the second time and we can finally say goodbye to the ten year reign of doom of the Bore Brothers.
Best HW's out there right now Deontay Wilder Tyson Fury Anthony Joshua Oscar Rivas Joseph Parker Izuagbe Ugonoh Dillian Whyte
John or peter one said "the Furys are the new Klitschkos" What an effing joke With their exit we will now see a belt exchange like we saw when Don King had so many passing the belts around several years ago
It's like waking from a coma a german very boring hugging heavy metal poilte crowd nightmare. Thank god its over.
It is a beginning of a new era, I suspect we'll have a lot of good heavyweight fights now as prospects and contenders face off in the hope of getting a title shot. But I don't think we'll have a unified champion anytime soon. All the titles are split with Fury, Wilder, Chagaev and the winner of Glazkov/Martin. Wilder and Chagaev are just looking to hold onto the belt for as long as they can and Fury may not represent the big payday Wlad did, so unification maybe the last thing on the mind of many title holders. Will take a cash cow to crash the heavyweight scene to force unification. It could be a comeback Haye or the rising Joshua or the Russian backed Povetkin, if they win a title the others maybe tempted to risk their belts for a big enough purse and then we'll see a unified champion again.
It's going to be interesting when Wladimir goes back to offensive fighting and most likely knocks Fury out cold, then everybody else will suddenly start to be scared of him again and duck him.
