What I meant by all this was the kind of ppv numbers he brings in. Entertaining or not, theres no denying he gets people to buy his fights

Isnt entertainment the name of the game? If he gets lots of people to buy his fights, then puts on a bad performance, thats not good for boxing, thats only good for floyds pockets

It would be a shame if he retired but its far from being a sad time for boxing. We've got the best fighter in the world about the win a 4th linear title and fighting in his 7th weightclass. We've got the possibility of seeing a rubbermatch between the top2 fighters in the world. We've got Haye vs Wlad and then possibly Haye vs Vitali to crown an undisputed heavyweight champion. We've got Donaire / Darchinyan / Montiel / JuanMa and more giving a big name to the little guys. Boxing is doing great. The only thing that matters and that sucks is the MW division.

From my understanding, the only 2 fights that have been successful in terms of ppv audience have been the ones with ODLH and HATTON, AND we all know FLOYD wasn't the one that attracted the audience in each one of those. Floyd will always need a big name on the other side to make it a big event, otherwise he'll flop.... That's a fact, even if u don't like it!?!??!!

Money is a warrior. He fought the best and beat the best. There are no challenges for Money at 147.

It's sad if Money retires because no one in boxing has Money's charisma/pizzazz.
