Amir Khan has had allot of pressure put on from a young age, ever since he came back from the Olympics. He rod it out, it went to his head alittle bit, and he gained allot of hater's. From day one, he had hater's because in life people are intimidated by confidence, they feel down sized. Amir Khan suffered a crushing defeat, he was brutally knocked out. The hater's got what they wanted but it didn't last long, before the Bradis Prescott fight i was not really a big supporter of Amir Khan. But i have never been more impressed by a British athlete, when i saw on BBC NEWS 24 hour's after suffering his knock out loss. Amir Khan was back in the gym and training vowing to still carry on, vowing to still be confident, vowing not to give in. People get told in life, that they can't do this or that, people get put down everyday. Amir Khan in that one moment set a example, to anyone who has ever been dis-credited and underestimated to try and try again. And that in my book, got my respect big time, and that is why i support him. Not because he is the best thing since sliced bread, not because he is the next Sugar Ray Leonard. But because he said "NO"............to the hater's. Just hour's ago on the face book, someone posted this status....

"enzos just been knocked the **** out haha. next paki khan"

This game of boxing, when you put aside "the beating people up part"..it's about honour and it's about respect. Everyman deep down wants respect off people, and his fellow man.

If Amir Khan fails at becoming "World Champion"...he has not failed at getting my respect...he has not failed.

And that's why other fighters like Audley Harrison cannot retired as long as their heart is beating. Because deep down...................................

    Every man wants respect.

    Even i do too...

    Even i do too...

Absolutely right, to come back from a crushing defeat like that in a positive manner the way Khan has done deserves mention and a lot of respect.

I read that the whole way through; quite an accomplishment I'll tell you.

You could have shortened that to about two or three sentences and still got the main point across.

Mr Kool, you are one strange fish.:deal

And you could have expressed it in two or three sentences.

I'm getting a strange sense of deja vu here.
