Nonito The Filipino Flash Donaire is the only boxer who inflicted Darchinyan his only loss by KO. Darchinyan needs to prove himself as the worthy #9 P4P fighter by avenging this loss against Nonito.

With the latest dominating win by Nonito against a ranked undefeated opponent, it's about time that we have this fight at the junior bantamweight division.

Otherwise, Darchi will be accused of ducking Donaire if he does not accept this fight.

    Bob Arum's latest and greatest:

"[Darchinyan] can’t draw flies to a dump." :patsch

"Nobody gives a damn for Darchinyan. You have natural rivalries out there - (Fernando) Montiel, (Erik) Morel, the winner of that fight. There’s a whole host of Mexicans and Puerto Ricans where we can make big, big fights with much bigger money." :patsch

"Darchinyan is in the rear view mirror." :-(

Poor old man. Donaire is so popular no US TV gave a **** to televise his bout so he fought on shitty PPV. Yes Bob, Darchinyan can't draw flies. He's swatting elite flies on Showtime.

Arum watched the Donaire fight that he promoted. I hope he'll now give Nonito the big fights in the junior bantamweight and not waste his talent.

Let's get real here, okay. DARCHINYAN is so scared of DONAIRE he doesn't want any piece of him anymore. It's the so called PHOBIA, he just don't wanna experience that same agony inflicted on him by DONAIRE. :hat

Do you practice being a ****ing ******? Or is it some God-given gift? Should scientists be analysing your DNA to unlock the secrets of all stupidity?

Just another ****stick proving that there should be an IQ test before you are allowed on the internet. :patsch

Darchinyan is scared of noone. Even though Donaire would **** him up just like the first time. It is Shaw stopping the rematch.

Go have a look at all the **** Shaw has to say about Donaire, he is acting like 100% *****.

I recommend that you go learn something about boxing before you make yourself look like more of a ****ing waste of space then you already do.

Darchinyan gets smoke again; probably more quickly this time around, too.

So scared that he beat a better and higher ranked fighter in Mijares, KO'd other champs Kirilov and Arce and fighting the huge punching BW World Champion King Kong Agbeko the next time, which is again a bigger threat than Nonito. If unifying the SFW division and earning a top8 P4P position in 12 month is PHOBIA, how would you call Donaire's actions since the Darchinyan win, you know, not doing anything significant?

You need not be hysterical about your being more knowlegeable on boxing, dude. What you said about **** Shaw has nothing to do w/ boxing, though.
If Darchi really wants to avenge his chicken dance KO loss, he could have insisted to his manager that he wanted this fight badly. He can overrule Shaw if he wanted to but he did not. Does that mean he's really scared **** of Donaire?

Managerial issues. This is also the case with Darchinyan, only difference is Shaw can make the rematch happen but out of fear chooses not to. Dont get me wrong I like Vic a lot, it's Gary Shaw who's a ****ing scumbag.

Gary Shaw, he dont want his fighter in there. He made it perfectly clear whenever questioned about it.

donaire is the truth man..this guy would beat darchinyan anytime even at this point. I just saw the fight about an hour ago..plus reviewing his other fights before this guy is very good.

I like darchinyan too especially his personality but he should stay away from donaire. This guy is huge for his weight i think he would be even sucessful if he moves up until 130 or so.

donaire is all wrong for darchinyan, the difference between the guys darchinyan destroyed mijares and kirilov is this donaire can punch.

Nonito is simply too big and too skilled to fall into the hands of a brawler/boxer like Darchinyan. Darchinyan does well against smaller or same sized guys who he can impose his will on. Nonito Donaire is not a regular fly weight, this guy is huge. He may make weight, but look at the size of his head, limbs, etc. He looks like a big kid for that weight class, and it looks like his frame would fill into 122+ easily. Add his skillset and strength he has, he will be a difficult guy to beat.

Nonito said something about his legs not being there anymore because of all the strain trying to make the weight. So yeah he's definitely moving up.

Darchinyan is moving to Bantamweight so it looks like he is not interested in a rematch at this stage. That said it's a fight I'd like to see.
