I think maybe he's an actual GGG fan and is trying to get him as much exposure as possible with this approach !

As opposed to the obvious daily jock sniffing that MVC does...!!!

fact of the matter is that the 160 belt has been defended under 160 3x in a row...if hes worried about the validity of winning it under 160 he should stop chasing it......im fairly certain if he wasnt worried about 155 and canelo hed jump all over it

lara is the top ranked 154 guy right now...plenty of mw champs have fought guys coming up from 154....lara has premium and cable experience and would be better than anyone on his resume....fact of the matter is lara is a bit of a spoiler and his people dont want a guy thats hard to hit.....

 

Loeffler clearly stated they'd take a fight with Ward at 164 on a 50/50 basis. Canelo is a middleweight champion and there's absolutely no reason to go down 1lbs for him. You can only duck people in your weight class who are willing to fight at full weight limit. You can't duck people from other weight divisions. That's a simple concept really. I think you people will next claim that GGG ducked Lebedev at 195. Just chill.

but when you try to make fights at 168...and say youll fight anyone....then the man at 168...who is in his prime wants to fight and you say "well 164"....thats a duck

and knowing ward was more than likely going to 175 after that potential clash? that was a surefire way to make sure ward said no....ward would have had a hard enough time making 168 most likely......so 164 was a surefire way to kill that fight

you wanna argue ward is too big? ill let you......but chavez is big too...the difference is skill

ward was willing to squeeze in one more fight at 168(where hed spent his career)...but ggg chickened out plain and simple when the potential became real

you can duck people from 168 when you tried to make a fight with a 6-1 fighter in that division already....if yer trying to argue "size" then stop....we know the real difference is chavez stinks and ward is a top 5 p4p fighter...maybe the top dog soon

Alright then from a nationalistic perspective, whatever. Your views on GGG and Wilder just doesn't add up. I have a lot of respect for Ward and I wouldn't claim he ducked GGG. They just both wanted a weight advantage for themselves and neither compromised. That's why the fight never happened. One can make a case that Ward ducked GGG or the other way around and both would be highly biased.

my view on wilder is more tongue in cheek..im not a big fan....i just think povetkin isnt all that so i have some fun with those who do....
