It's clear that FMJ,Canelo,BJS and Jacobs are waiting for GGG to get old and beatable

Why is Floydweather Jr in that list?
He's even older as Golovkin, and inactive due to retirement.

 

GGG also looks after himself.

Sure Floyd has taken less damage but his game relied on his lightning-quick reflexes, which are bound to deteriorate with age.

I really don't think waiting would help Floyd at all.

 

Undoubtedly they're waiting until he's past prime. Watch the IFLTV video where Saunders says he wont get in the ring with Golovkin until he's past prime-to-shot.

Ring age is different to actual age. Ring age is what matters in boxing.

 

I agree with that, but the fact that Floyd hasn't taken much damage is still overshadowed by his long inactivity and the decline of his reflexes.

If you compare the young Floyd @130 to the Floyd of the last few years, you can clearly see that his reflexes have begun to slow down.

And Floyd relies on those reflexes. Without them he'll be a sitting duck for even a 40 yr old Golovkin.
