corley and harris were top 10 lww's at the time witter fought them. he's now taking on another top 10 ranked lww in demetrius hopkins. malignaggi has beaten one (ngoudjo), torres has beaten one (holt). witter is deserving of this shot, more so in the fact that he holds a belt. hatton not giving him a shot for slagging him off is absurd.
