Tough fight but I think Wilder gets the knockout.

 

If Wilder can't Beat a guy 5 inches shorter that lost every round to a guy Fury beat that speaks volumes about how good Fury really is

 

He isn't in the ring yet. Still time for an "injury."

Povetkin does not struggle with tall fighters, he struggled with a tall ATG wih 23 defenses of a title (I used to say 18, but in the era of paper champs like Wilder, Martin and Joshua, the WBO reign counts).

Wilder is garbage and simply not in Povetkin's league. He stuggled with Scoiners, Nichols, Duhaupas and Molina.

 

Wasn't that the case a while ago now? But yeah, props to Wilder, great fight, been waiting for it for quite some time, should be interesting.

 

Don't underestimate him, he's not the best boxer but the toolset he has, is a danger to anyone.

 

Wilder just signed 1 day ago and tickets could finally go on sale.

The "he's not in the ring yet still time for an injury"....same stuff gets said about ward.....even guys I'm not the biggest fan of.....I don't think I've eve claimed they'd fake an injury to get out of a fight

Ward is a a champion who will fight anyone. Wilder is a coward who defends a "world title" against guys the class of Molina. Apples to rotten apples.

He doesn't have a toolset.

I am not trying to be wise here, but do you watch his fights all the way through or just the highlights? Did you see against Szpilka when the announcing team was trying to convceal embarrasement at his cowardly, pawing right hands?

Wilder is undefeated because they match him against guys who are two or three levels below world class. He can make mistake after mistake for 9 rounds and land a big punch in the tenth to take it. It is absurd.

Tough fight for Povetkin IMO, it's such a big advantage to be tall and rangey, and not only that but Wilder hits like a mule.

Definitely rooting for Pov, but it's going to be tough.

 

Exactly. Povetkin is a ****en bum and so is Fury. If Wilder can't beat either guy, then he was trash to begin with himself because those two-straight trash. A big tall sloppy ugly mofo who got floored by a CW, and the other with his Afrikka Bambaata Planet Rock cranium got beat up by a CW.
