It's going to be hard to keep defending Pac if...

Pac is a bum and should just retire. How is this dude gonna do right by his own people, when he can't do right by his boxing fans or boxing fans in general.

 

The only fight is Berto or JMM3 IMO. Mosley would be another waiste of a fight and further show how bob can sell anything to the pac fans. He sold Clottey but can't sell berto? GTFOH with that BS Bob and save that for someone who doesn't recognize hypocracy. Berto has had a belt since 08 and when fans see thier combined highlights on the commercial fight trailer then the fight will blow up. They know berto is dangerous with speed that might not let manny fight the way he has been fighting recently against slower comp. It seems Manny will be the first ATG to have never faced a fighter with similar speed to that of himself, and they aren't willing to put him in there with another blazer unless it's 40mil plus on the line.

Do you not see that if we append a "Pacquiao" entry on top of that table it would make it freaking hilarious? (One can easily exclaim: "Who the hell were those fighters he faced before Pac?!")
Give the boxer some more chance to prove his worth, then we'll see.
He will be big. I have that much hope in him. But he's not yet on Pac's caliber. Not yet.
I actually want Pac to close his career with a fight against a version of PRIME Berto.

Shane is actually the toughest contender for Pac RIGHT NOW at WW.
(Well it's Floyd, but he's still waiting for Pac to rust)
He's not on his prime, won't add that much on Pac's resume (except shame Floyd for his would then be exposed lackluster performance against Shane), but he's the toughest contender on the WW division RIGHT NOW.
At least whenever they exchange, you will always be hoping for one of them to knock the other out.
The only major con to this fight (other than it's completely worthless) is should Pac bring his A game again, Floyd's balls would continue to shrink and the megafight of the century would elude us even more.
