 It's fine buddy, I thought it was live at 5 and replayed at 6 before I looked at the TV guide thing on the computer. This is what I mean, if real fans are confused on what time the fight starts, how the hell are the average fans going to know it's on? I already wrote to ESPN online thanking them for showing both the Peter/Chambers and Vitali/Gomez on back to back weeks, but there promotion for the fights are terrible.

I hope he stays in europe,it does the Americans good to get up early or stay up all night.Us Europeans have had to do it for years. Its only fair the USA has to have a few turns at doing it.

Yeah fans in the UK had to stay up to what, 3 AM to see Hatton-Malignaggi?

    Now that's dedication.

Boxing is huge in Europe and thats where both brother's fan bases are. Holding a fight here may seem high profile, but in Germany they can pack 30,000 fans into a stadium and have millions more people watch it live on television.

4am iirc. And, despite five times less population, it got more PPV buys in the UK than all but one US primetime boxing PPVs that year.

The people who are coming up with the major cash / cabbage are the guys who pick their best time slots........... Just like "Ali-Foreman" fought at 4:00 a.m. in Africa just so it would be Prime-Time for the PPV goers at the sports arena here in the states..... In the 70s, we didn't have in-the-house- PPV capabilities.... We had to go to the arena or theater downtown and hang with a buncha' rowdy drunks, etc.... In fact, I had to do that back in 1996 for the "Chavez-DLH 1" fight.... That scene kinda' sucks.... Too much bedlam and overpriced warm beer being served and tossed...... No smoking anymore, as well......

THats because the UK has real boxing fans, not the ****tards here in the US that dont know any fighter outside of DLH, Tyson, and Holyfield.

The US doesnt even having regular boxing fans anymore. If you are a boxing fan you are either hardcore or completely ignorant. THere is no inbetween.
