The thing is that it is highly unusual for a fighter to get an immediate rematch after being KTFO cold. I mean, even on the championship level. But this was a back and forth competitive fight that gave us a show. So I guess a rematch makes sense. Hope it is at the same venue.

Pavlik is going to be confident, Taylor will be a little concerned, Pavlik has shown he can KO Taylor - Taylor hit Pavlik with some of his best shots, Pavlik got back up.

Rematch, I dunno who will win, I can't make a prediction largely because very rarely has a guy been so stylistically capable of defeating someone but so mentally redundant in Taylor.

Good post mate, totally agree. Taylor has all the tools to win, but practically no ring intelligence. A very hard person to bet on, because you never really know how Taylor is going to perform. Similar to Judah in that regard.

And why can't these Taylor fans/nimrods see that? There is not even a need for a rematch, other than the KD, Taylor was starting to get dominated as the rounds went on do to heat and Taylor's inability to hold championship poise and to fight off the backfoot, not to mention that leaky D.

Nothing will be different, save for Pavlik not getting KD'd and therefore bringing the pressure and workrate in earlier on a falling apart Taylor.

I think that the only reason that these fans are claiming he will win is because Jermain Taylor just brings out this certain ignorance in everyone, he is simply bad, he's an evil force at work.

Because some of us thought the fight was competitive, and i never saw kelly drop his hands except after he was already on ***** street, and he admitted himself that taylor hit hard, so you cant say for sure whats going to happen, so your whole arguement is based solely on oppinion. :hi:
