It's Manny Pacquiao that doesn't want the fight, not Bob Arum!

Enough is enough. Quit blaming Bob Arum. He just works for Pacquiao and Bob is Pacquiao's puppet. Bob didn't hire Pacquiao, Pacquiao hired Bob Arum/Top Rank.

You'd think that after a while, Pacquiao would get tired of fighting against fighters who he, himself doesn't want to fight against. It's his choice who he fights against not Bob's. Pacquiao is not a slave....

Pacquiao hired Bob to do the dirty work (like make up excuses to avoid fighting Floyd). It's like Bob is Pacquiao's lawyer too besides just being his promoter.

Pacquiao doesn't want to fight against Floyd, because he doesn't want to get humiliated outside and inside of the ring. I'd have more respect for him if he would just come out and admit it.

Bottom line, Pacquiao is a scary punk, and it's Pacquiao's fault that his fight isn't happening, not Bob's. Bob is the front man and doesn't mind being critisized because he's getting paid anyway.

4-real man, it's Manny Pacquiao that doesn't want the fight. He's the fighter, if he wants Floyd then he could step up and make it happen. Pacquiao is Bob's boss... It's Pacquiao that has the final say so.

It's like Bob is Manny's agent. An agent is supposed to go out and do what he's hired to do and that is represent your client and get what "he" asks for. If Manny says, make the Floyd fight happen, then that is what Bob is supposed to do. Make the fight happen! But Manny is not doing that, because he doesn't want the fight.

Bob is being paid to defend Pacquiao too not to just promote his fight. That's why he takes a big percentage from Manny. He's his public spokes person, lawyer, and promoter.

What a load of rubbish. It's Arum that picks/makes fights for his fighters, that's why he's hired. Ever wondered why Clottey, Mosley, Cotto and Margarito were all Arum fighters when Pacquiao fought them?

Wake up. Bob Arum calls the shots, that's WHY he's hired.

There's enough blame to go around for us not getting the fight which is almost 2 years overdue. We don't have to solely put it on Arum, Mayweather, Pacquiao, etc...

However I do have my doubts on how people always portray Pacquiao as this robot who simply obeys Arum and doesn't have any say in business matters. He's held out before on fights because he wanted a better deal, leaving the old ******* standing there with his dick in his hand.

That's why agents get fired because they don't get or do what they're hired to do. Bob and Manny have a great working relationship because they're both on the same page.

I bet you the conversation went something like this:

Manny: Get me the best possible opponents not named Mayweather. I don't want to fight Mayweather. He talks too much trash and maybe too difficult for me to hit if we do fight. Save me from the humiliation outside and inside of the ring.

Bob Arum: Ok, here's a list of four opponets that I've come up with. You choose, and I'll get everything set up. In the meantime, I'll deal with the media. Just refer all questions to me, as I am your promoter. If anyone ask, just tell them to talk to your promoter. I'll always bail you out of tough questions and situations because that's my job and that's what I am getting paid to do. If you get asked questions about Mayweather, just say yeah you'll fight him anytime, anyplace. We have to save face and trick the public, fight fans, media, etc.... No worries Manny, I got your back!

Manny: Thanks Bob. Can I see the list of opponents?

    Bob: Here they are.....

Manny: Let me go over these with my wife. Hmmmmm, Cotto or Marquez? Maybe I'll choose one of them. I've beaten them before. Let me get back to you Bob.

Its Arum. This is the same guy who didnt want to make DLH-PBF when it was clear that fight had a lot of money in it.

It's Manny Pacquiao, he's the fighter, it comes down to his choice. Bob isn't the fighter, Manny is. Bob may come up with suggestions, but Manny has the final word.

    You are right :

Manny Pacquiao decides his fights, not Bob Arum, that came from their camp's mouth. So if the fight doesn't happen, it's Manny's fault.

    Yes it's Manny Pacquiao's fault.

Floyd is being real vocal about who he wants.

We're not getting the same from Pacquiao, because Pacquiao doesn't want Floyd. And that's fine with Bob Arum because he has a lot a stake. If Pacquiao loses, then there goes his cash cow. They're both on the same page.

Manny is not stepping up because he doesn't want Floyd.
