    I'm not sure if Lara really had the right style to beat Golovkin. I think Lara might be the best 154 lber and should have won against Canelo, but doesn't have the durability for a fighter like Golovkin. He was getting knocked down by Angulo, nuff said.

    Angulo dropped Lara twice, Rubio has KO'd 51 opponents, Angulo has only won 22 matches, so Rubio has more than twice as many KO's as Angulo has wins, if I have to spell it out to you. Rubio victim Lemieux would KO Lara as well.

    Lara is brutally overrated...what match has he actually won???? He struggled with Vanes, Canelo, Molina, Williams workrate was higher, that means his best win is Austin Trout, Lara is a glass jawed dull bum.

    Lara brings no fans no money isn't ranked at 160 lost his last fight and makes for a boring fight. Would you take it under those circumstances? Idiots act like Lara is God , he lost to overhyped Alvarez ,do u really think ggg with his great footwork couldn't find him ? Gtfoh

    Name me the best opponents other than an unproven Lemieux that Rubio has TKO'd, please.

    As for Lara... His fight with Williams is a well accepted robbery. Was most peoples' "Robbery of the Year" that year. I had him up by a point or two on Vanes and winning 5 rounds, plus/minus one, off of Alvarez and Molina each is not really a bad thing. His dominant victory over Trout would be at worst Golovkin's third best victory and that is if you hate Trout and rate him far less than most on here did at the time.

    Most Middleweights would destroy Lara and Vanes and Trout and Molina, I hate him and his style I'm not changing my opinion, I don't care if anyone finds it illogical or not.:D Sorry

    I actually really do respect that you can say that. Some things don't need to be explained or argued over.

    But I stand by my stance. Rubio has one good win (not even a ranked opponent) and perhaps a couple notable journeyman type victories in his whole long career of all those 51 KO's you were talking about... and everyone knows it.
