    It should be:

    Floyd vs ******
    Khan vs Garcia II
    Maidana vs Broner II

    If that was on one card then it would be worth watching. In fact, you could put Malignaggi in with Floyd and ill watch it. But ONLY when its value for money on the whole card. Mayweather can fight the winner of Khan/Garcia for his next fight.
