It's increasingly clear that Pacquiao feels Hatton is likely to prove too strong for him at the weight, hence his demands shifting and becoming more and more outrageous, despite the fact that he'd be getting a gargantuan purse at 50-50. He knows what a sham his fight against an unhealthily, frighteningly weight drained De La Hoya was.

It's not just the Hatton camp, it's his own promoter too who has put the blame firmly on his doorstep.

If Mayweather were now to put himself squarely in the scene, I suspect that even though he knows he'd lose a landslide decision, Pacquaio would take it as he figures that the hit and not be hit style employed by the former P4P #1 would result in less physical pain.

Pac cant risk a loss to Hatton.
He snivelled out of the fight because he he loses to Hatton, he loses the opportunity to fight PBF.
Both of which would kick his ass.

    ohhhhhh mannn, i pissed
i have lost a lotta respect for PAC big time
i am not so keen on seeing mayweather put an even worse beat down on hatton this time round, there is no point
it will end even quicker than the last because mayweather knows hattons set of tools

hatton should go for the winner of JMM V DIAZ that is a better fight for him realy

I only silver lining I can see in this is that Hatton-Pac was just about the biggest fight that could be made for both..after that, then what?

JMM-Pac maybe..but really their options are limited.

So maybe this can build to something even more significant by the end of the yea..maybe. Maybe a **** fight for both now and then the big one soon.

Still pretty pissed about it not happening.

Or maybe hatton is to blame for not taking the 55 : 45 split. He still would made milions and the fight would have been huge internationally

They usually call situations like this "A lose/lose", but this is way worse. Hatton loses, Pac. loses, THE FANS LOSE, promoters lose, Casino's lose, the list goes on. This must set some sort of record for "A Lose/Lose/Lose/Lose/Lose.... situation."

There's too much $$$$$$$$$$$'s @ stake here. They will get a deal done, if not it will set a new undisputed boxing record for stupidity.

I personally think that pacman is having reservations about facing the
hitman, thus he is purposely pricing himself out of a fight that even bob
arum agreed to in terms of money. even though pac beat an old oscar,
i didn't fancy him against ricky on account of styles. i guess he doesn't
    fancy his chances either.
