These %'s are how I have the job that I have, I'm in the business field, there's a reason I'm and I don't get scammed easily. :deal I've been scammed before many years ago and that was the last time, never again. :deal. I think we've conversed enough for me to deduce what kind of person that you are. I'm a super genius at reading people.
It's due Dec 31st....or Jan 16, 2016 at the latest. He's not going to face Povetkin by then, he should be stripped at that time.....pursuing a 2nd voluntary when he has a mandatory challenger due is a duck. You make the illogical point that Povetkin has only been the mandatory for 3 months. That's plenty of time to make the fight and get it out of the way, instead...he's chasing down nobodies on 4 weeks notice and holding the belt hostage. Hryunov already offered millions to Wilder, and he said no and threw around baseless PED accusations.....it's simple, he doesn't want the fight, he's ducking. He won't get the same offer if it goes to purse bids.
i liked deontay.....good for boxing but he needs to stop this otherwise he will become the kell brook of the hw division
Won't surprise me. Haymon wants Wilder to lose to another Haymon fighter if at all. Not a Raybinski fighter. He's more likely to put him in there with Martin/Washington/Breazeale Those guy's will pose a risk at some point, but they are in house. That's how Haymon wants it. He has a piece of the pie, and wants to keep it. He will most likely be the underdog going into a Pov fight, and definitely against Wlad. At some point he will have to defend against non Haymon fighters that pose a real risk though. PBC belt anybody?
Wilder is a disgrace to the sport. I used to defend him but its clear now he has no honour or warriors mentality.
The mandatory is due 4 months after the voluntary. That's ridiculous to say he shouldn't fight. Povetkin is the one who has scheduled a fight about 2 months from the mandatory date. It will happen in the spring, not necessarily on the 16th of January, and both sides will be fine with that. It's simple, you're right ... he waits for purse bids and it becomes a 70-30 or 75-25 split in his favor, and the guy who made the offer has just said he'll throw the same kind of money at this fight as he did Klitschko-Povetkin ... so $23M-plus and a cut of 15-17M for Wilder. All for waiting for a few weeks. The guy has been his mandatory challenger for every bit of 3 months and you are saying "duck." LOL.
how do you become an ATG without any meaningful wins? after Wlad is gone, who will Wilder have on his resume that would even get him consideration for ATG status?
4 months??? What? Go read the WBC rules fanboy. Every reasonable boxing fan can see Wilder is ducking Povetkin. 3 months, that's right....he's had 3 months already to make the fight and so far the evidence shows he wants no part of it :deal
